Chris and Audrey are adventurous San Diegan’s who dreamed of having
the perfect beach property. Audrey wanted the capability to have a Yoga
Retreat overlooking the ocean, and Chris wanted a surf break in front
he could call his own. Having seen the prices in Costa Rica soar, they
decided to have Steve search for property that fit their needs in Northern
